Today a small group of 815 went to the new building for Team Ford F.I.R.S.T. to help any teams with problems. The majority of the group helped do some random chores, i.e. carpet the prototype field, put together vaccums, and make bathroom key holders. The mentors and some other members went and helped other teams put together frames, as-well-as help with any problems that occured. The group that went had a great time and many people were greatly appreciative of the extra help.
After the hard work and a well deserved lunch, more team members met up for a team building exercise, i.e. lazer-tag. It worked out so well that for two of the matches only members of the team were playing. Ok so maybe you can't call this a team builder by the sound of it, but it did bring those who were there into a closer bond of friendship.
This was a great day nad everyone had a great time, we need to do this again and real soon.

Blog day one
This is our first blog since WWJ, we hope this all goes well.
So far we have a working frame and basic drive-train. We are transferring the kicking mechanism from the prototype to the frame for this year.
The chairman's award is getting tore down and being pimped out.
Tomorrow our team is going to The University of Michigan, Detroit Campus. This trip is a field trip to help out Detroit teams in need.
(we are now enjoying some delicious creme-filled cookies)
This is Anna, Dave, Trevor T., Traylor, and the rest of Team 815 Signing off.
